Sectional Warping Machine

This machine is compatible with various models of beam dyeing machines both domestically and internationally. It transforms dyed bundle yarn into sheet form and winds it onto warp beams.

● Advanced AC frequency conversion technology ensures constant linear speed winding of the warp beam. 
● Reciprocating yarn separating device facilitates easier warp separation, reduces breakage rates, and increases warping speed. 
● Equipped with a yarn storage rack for breakage and reverse operation, making it easy to locate breaks and reduce defective beams. 
● Pneumatic beam lifting and lowering, with beams opening and closing easily for simple and effortless operation. 
● Uses a herringbone expandable reed that can move up, down, left, and right to achieve cross-winding of yarn and prevent fixed-point friction. Intermittent air-blowing cleaning device keeps the reed teeth clean.
