NC-3 Type Withstand Voltage Tester Calibration Device

The state has promulgated the new JJG795-2004 "Verification Regulation for Withstand Voltage Testers", which has many differences from the previously implemented regulations. To facilitate the implementation of the new regulation by metrology departments, we have developed the NC-3 Type Withstand Voltage Tester Calibrator. This device integrates the calibration of test voltage, operating current, and withstand voltage time into a single standard. During calibration, the high-voltage line of the tested withstand voltage tester is connected to the voltage measurement terminal or current measurement terminal of the NC-3 Type Calibrator. Then, by selecting the test item and range, calibration can be performed without the need for additional instruments or wiring, making it very convenient and simple to use. For time measurement, simply start the withstand voltage tester, and the NC-3 Type Calibrator will automatically initiate time measurement. Even very short time settings, such as 0.5 seconds, can be accurately measured. Compared to similar domestic and international machines, the advantage of the NC-3 Type is that it comes with its own load, with resistors designed for 500V and 1000V ranges. It also features a fine-tuning resistor, allowing for more precise and accurate adjustment of the operating current.
