I. Application Areas of Circular Saw

Primarily used for cutting and segmenting pig half-carcasses by section, facilitating the deboning and segmentation of pork. After the half-carcass is automatically unloaded by the unloading device, it enters the pre-segmentation conveyor line in the segmentation area. Two circular segmentation saws are installed alongside the pre-segmentation conveyor line, with one operator positioned in front of each saw to perform segmentation tasks. For precise positioning, a laser positioning device is designed on the circular segmentation saw. The segmented hind legs, middle section, and front shoulder then enter their respective deboning/segmentation conveyor lines.

Circular saws are widely used in various slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, etc.

2. After use, check for any residual meat debris on the machine body, clean promptly, and keep the machine clean.

3. Replace the main shaft bearings every three months, inspect bearing wear, and regularly add lubricating oil.

4. If the equipment is not used for an extended period, clean it thoroughly and apply anti-rust lubricating oil.
