Employee Locker Room Equipped with Stainless Steel Air Shower

Air Shower: Air showers are divided into manual air showers and fully automatic air showers. The conventional size for manual ones is 1000*1400*2150mm, while for fully automatic ones, it is 1000*1700*2200mm. 1. Material: SUS304 stainless steel, with a 304 embossed anti-slip plate at the bottom.

2. Visible 3C certified safety tempered glass, 5mm thick, fixed with aluminum strips and silicone-free sealant.

3. Nozzles: 20 nozzles per meter, multi-angle embedded adjustable mirror-polished stainless steel nozzles, with a surface wind speed of 22~25m/s, meeting industry standards. Air is blown from both sides and the top, totaling three sides, ensuring excellent air shower effects. The inner blowing height ranges between 650~1500(mm). The return air position is on the inner side, between 70~450(mm) from the bottom. The air shower operates as an internal circulation system: the high-pressure centrifugal fan in the fan box generates air that enters the air plenum, passes through the high-efficiency filter, and forms high-pressure airflow through stainless steel nozzles, blowing into the air shower channel. The negative pressure created by the rotation of the high-pressure centrifugal fan's impeller then draws the air from the air shower channel back into the fan box through the return air outlet.

4. Filter: The air shower uses 4 sets of partitioned high-efficiency filters with a filtration efficiency of H13 (MPPS). The filter size is 570*375*50, ensuring uniform return air.

5. Fan configuration: Equipped with specialized air shower fans—low-noise, high-airflow centrifugal fans. Two 0.75KW high-pressure centrifugal fans per meter ensure effective blowing. Parameters of the centrifugal fans are as follows: flow rate: 2550m³/h, total pressure: 1150Pa, noise ≤78dB, speed: 2840r/min, voltage: 380V, frequency: 50Hz. The voltage is 380V, and the total power is 4.5KW.

6. Safety: Automatic doors come with anti-pinch devices; in case of sudden power failure while someone is inside the air shower, the inner and outer doors can be manually opened for safe exit.

7. Uses high-quality Opple LED ultra-thin embedded downlights, ceiling-mounted, with delayed lighting function. The lights turn on when the door opens and delay for 60 seconds after the air shower ends before turning off.

8. Circuit control: The air shower control panel and circuit are designed and developed in-house, featuring advanced high-tech integrated circuit control with photoelectric sensors. The text display shows internal blowing, lighting, and adjustment time buttons. The air shower time is adjustable from 0 to 99 seconds. An LED display shows door status, fan activation status, and air shower time. The dual-door indicator system uses advanced integrated circuits for sensor-activated automatic blowing. When a person enters the air shower, the sensor automatically detects and initiates blowing (entering from the exit door does not trigger blowing, making the program more advanced and intelligent). It includes two blowing modes: intercept and direct, which can be manually switched on the control panel, and features an emergency stop function.
