1.Kemai'er barrel trolleys are mainly divided into two types: flat steel flanging and round tube flanging stainless steel barrel trolleys.

2.The barrel trolley is primarily processed from stainless steel plates, meeting food hygiene and safety requirements; the outer perimeter is made from 2.0mm thick stainless steel plates (both material and thickness can be customized according to customer requirements), with internal rounded corners, no hygiene dead spots, and easy cleaning; manufactured according to the international standard 200L trolley drawings. Equipped with anti-drop lifting ears (can be omitted as per customer request), compatible with series food elevators for safer and more convenient automatic feeding; the surface can be polished or sandblasted.

7.2. Barrel Trolley Elevator

8.The barrel trolley elevator consists of a lifting chute, vibration motor, damping system, and base. This series of elevators uses vibration motors as the vibration source, with two identical models fixed on the lifting chute installed at a certain angle to each other and rotating in opposite directions synchronously. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks on the vibration motors during rotation creates a reciprocating motion along the throwing direction, causing the entire machine supported on dampers to vibrate continuously, allowing materials to be thrown upward while moving up the chute. After materials fall into the feed chute, they begin to be thrown, enabling full contact with air and serving to dissipate heat and cool. This elevator can vertically transport powdered, lumpy, and short fibrous solid materials (excluding sticky and easily agglomerated ones) and can also perform drying and cooling functions. Available in open and enclosed structures, and can be designed according to user needs.
