The split carcass is automatically unloaded by the unloading device and enters the pre-cutting conveyor line in the cutting area.

Two disc cutters are set up beside the pre-cutting conveyor line, with an operator at each disc cutter performing cutting and positioning. For convenient positioning, a laser positioning device is designed on the disc cutter. After cutting, the hind legs, middle section, and front shoulder enter their respective boning/cutting conveyor lines.

The disc saw is imported from Germany, with a rotation speed of 48 r/min, and almost zero cutting loss.
