2.The cover materials include 304 stainless steel, PE polymer, and other materials can be customized. The thickness of the material can be customized according to customer requirements, with built-in anti-slip function, excellent drainage performance, and superior load-bearing capacity.

3.Advantages of grating covers: good load-bearing capacity, excellent anti-slip performance; disadvantage: high cost.

Grating covers are made of stainless steel arranged in a cross pattern with certain spacing and crossbars, welded into square grids for use as trench covers.

4.Advantages of flat plate covers: relatively affordable price, wide practicality, diverse designs, and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Disadvantages: weak load-bearing capacity, potential issues with forklift overload. Flat plate covers are also designed for hygiene, using full welding technology—spot welding is not allowed—all corners are rounded for easy cleaning. Depending on the usage area, stainless steel square tubes can be welded underneath for added load-bearing support.

PE polymer covers feature high toughness, tensile resistance, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and good wear resistance.
