Planetary Power Mixer Product Overview and Working Principle:
The planetary power mixer is a high-efficiency mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots.
The planetary power mixer has two motors. The low-speed stirring component uses planetary gear transmission, allowing the stirring paddle to rotate on its own axis while revolving,
causing the material to move up, down, and around, thereby achieving ideal mixing results in a short time. The high-speed dispersion component revolves together with the planetary frame,
while rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to intense shearing and dispersion mixing, with effects several times that of ordinary mixers.
The dispersion component is available in single-dispersion shaft and double-dispersion shaft configurations, which customers can choose according to their needs.
The kettle is equipped with bottom and wall scrapers that rotate around the kettle's axis, scraping off material adhering to the walls to participate in mixing, ensuring more ideal results.
The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction with excellent exhaust and defoaming effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or
cooled according to user requirements. The discharge method is pressure-based, the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the cylinder body can move freely, making operation very simple.
