Epoxy Floor Paint Construction Process:
Base Surface Treatment: Clean oil stains and loose dust from the floor, repair cracks, grind to a smooth surface, and ensure the base is sturdy and dry (moisture content ≤8%).
Coating Application:
Primer: Roll-applied epoxy primer to enhance adhesion;
Intermediate Coat: Trowel-applied epoxy mortar to improve compression resistance;
Top Coat: Trowel/roll-applied epoxy topcoat to form a wear-resistant surface layer.
Curing and Maintenance: After construction, allow approximately 7 days for curing. The coating can be put into use only after meeting the curing conditions.
