Torque limiters are devices designed to prevent the lifting torque or load of a crane from exceeding the maximum allowable load under the current mechanical state. Traditional sensors for angle detection, boom length detection, and orientation detection typically use potentiometers. Since these three sensors are merely simple mechanical devices, they often exhibit faults such as sudden jumps, no change, or erratic changes in the displayed values on the monitor, causing significant losses to personnel and property safety!
The tilt sensor products we provide include:
1. Single-axis, dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0 to ±180° (optional)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
4. Output signals: 0–5V, 4–20mA, RS232/485, CAN bus, switch signals, and other analog or digital methods.
5. Metal casing encapsulation.
