With the continuous advancement of modern technology, the requirements for the horizontal accuracy of various base platforms are increasingly higher. Existing optical instruments can no longer meet the level detection needs for engineering, construction, laboratory, and naval vessel base platforms. To address this practical issue, a multifunctional high-precision electronic load-bearing platform balance adjustment system is required. Its working principle involves converting the inclination angle acting on the load-bearing platform into corresponding electrical signals through inclination sensors, displaying the data digitally on an LCD screen, and enabling the system to achieve automatic leveling.
Using high-precision inclination sensors, the inclination angle is displayed on the LCD screen and output via voice broadcast, while also allowing automatic adjustment of the platform's level and tilt through external settings. The system employs DC motors to drive lifting rods to control the platform's inclination angle, offering flexible speed adjustment, high load capacity, and high precision. The platform can tilt up to 30° in any direction, achieve leveling within 8 seconds, with a leveling accuracy of <2°, and features human-machine interaction display, voice broadcast, and other functions, making it a multifunctional high-precision balance adjustment system.
