Typically, the blade angle of a motor grader determines the height of the leveled ground, while precise angle control also affects the flatness of the surface. Therefore, for motor graders, the blade angle is a critical parameter that determines the overall equipment efficiency. The inclination sensor only needs to be installed on the blade or other positions that can accurately reflect the blade's posture, without requiring any additional mechanical structures. Operators can set the desired ground height and flatness data, and the PLC will automatically adjust the blade's posture, significantly enhancing the automation level of the entire mechanical equipment. It can be widely used in road construction machinery such as motor graders and pavers.
