Application of Inclination Sensors in Controlling the Paver's Screed Elevation Angle

Pavers are one of the essential pieces of equipment in modern road mechanized construction. With advancements in modern construction technology and increasing demands for road surface quality, higher performance requirements are being placed on pavers. Many factors affect paving smoothness, such as the angle between the paver's screed baseplate and the road surface level. Modern asphalt concrete pavers typically employ electro-hydraulic control systems. Based on deviations detected by longitudinal and cross slope sensors, electromagnetic valves and leveling cylinders adjust the vertical position of the leveling arm's traction point, altering the screed's working elevation angle to maintain the pavement's smoothness and cross slope within allowable limits.

1. Single-axis and dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in both forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0 to ±180° (selectable)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9–36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
