New Energy Motor Controller

The SF20 air-cooled motor controller, developed by Changsha Shuobo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., is a motor controller designed for the new energy special equipment sector. It features an IP67 protection rating, excellent anti-vibration performance, a wide voltage input range, and built-in pre-charging. It is suitable for controlling permanent magnet synchronous motors and three-phase asynchronous motors, supports CAN control and hardwire enable control, and is compatible with both sensorless control and resolver-based speed sensor control. It can be applied in various new energy sanitation vehicles, such as road maintenance vehicles, compact garbage trucks, kitchen waste trucks, dust suppression trucks, and sweeping vehicles.

• Controller maximum efficiency: ≥98%;
• Speed control accuracy: ±0.1%;
• Control methods: CAN control (default without 120Ω terminal resistor, optional), with hardwire enable control reserved;
• Protection functions: Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, over-temperature (torque limitation at 85°C, shutdown at 90°C), phase-to-phase short-circuit shutdown protection to prevent damage to the unit;
• Anti-vibration performance: 6g, vibration test meets the requirements of GB/T18488.1-2015 section 5.6.4;
• All flame-retardant materials in the system comply with UL94 standard V-0;
• The CAN network communication protocol refers to standards such as SAE J1939 and ISO11898. A general communication protocol for the controller has been established, which is provided separately. Custom communication protocols can also be developed based on customer requirements;
