Product Introduction

The vibration grinder is primarily used for fast and lossless fine grinding, preparing samples to analytical-grade fineness. It is suitable for grinding medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. Mainly applied for dust-free fine grinding of samples (both dry and wet grinding are supported). The sample is placed in a grinding kit, which consists of a grinding cup, grinding ring, grinding shaft core, and sealing lid. The loaded grinding kit is placed on the grinding vibration base of the instrument. Driven by a vibration motor, it undergoes an offset circular vibration, causing the material inside the grinding kit to be compressed, collided, rubbed, and sheared, rapidly grinding it to the fineness required by the user. Meanwhile, the sample is uniformly mixed without any loss. Typically, the entire process is completed within a few minutes.

The vibration grinder is suitable for clean crushing of materials, avoiding contamination from other elements, free from metal pollution, and ensuring high purity and cleanliness of the material. It features high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Working Principle

Crushing is achieved through pressure, impact, and friction. A quick clamping device securely fixes the grinding kit onto the vibration base. Through transmission, the vibration base generates intense three-dimensional vibration patterns, creating significant impact, friction, and grinding forces between the grinding kit components, which are concentrated on the sample, thereby pulverizing it in an extremely short time.
