The jaw-double roll combined unit achieves complete integration based on sealed jaw crushers and sealed double roll crushers, enabling two-stage automated crushing of materials. Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate via belts and pulleys, causing the movable jaw plate to move up and down. This motion pushes the movable jaw plate toward the fixed jaw plate, applying multiple crushing actions such as squeezing, rubbing, and grinding to the materials. The materials are gradually reduced in size and descend until discharged from the outlet, automatically entering the feed interface of the double roll crusher for further refinement. The unit can be customized in terms of materials, parameters, and optional configurations based on user requirements, ensuring suitability for customer use!
