Scope of Application

Suitable for the determination of fluorine and chlorine content in solid or liquid combustible materials such as coal, solid waste, coke, petroleum, ores, and biomass fuels. Widely applicable in industries including coal, power, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, cement, papermaking, commodity inspection, quality inspection, environmental protection, as well as fields like geological exploration, solid waste treatment, scientific research institutions, and universities.

Performance Features

High-temperature hydrolysis and potentiometric determination can operate simultaneously and independently. Technical parameters exceed national standard requirements, with a high degree of automation, achieving a perfect balance between testing efficiency and ease of use.

The high-temperature hydrolysis device features a dual-channel design, allowing two analytical samples to be processed at once. The entire high-temperature hydrolysis process is automated, including temperature control, sample feeding, steam generation, condensation, and condensate collection, enabling truly unattended operation by lab technicians. By pre-adjusting the power of the steam generator, the collected condensate in both pipelines meets national standard requirements. At the end of the test, the system alerts the user and automatically switches the condensate pipeline to waste discharge mode to prevent overfilling of the condensate volume used for sample measurement.

The fluoride titrator supports both automatic potentiometric titration and manual titration of standard solutions. After standard curve measurement, it automatically generates: E0, slope, and regression coefficient. According to national standards, the ΔE during sample titration should be controlled between 20 mV and 40 mV, which is difficult to achieve manually. The automatic fluoride ion titrator uses ANLS technology to programmatically control and measure the dosage of fluoride standard solution, keeping ΔE within 25–35 mV, easily meeting national standards. The instrument automatically calculates results and supports data storage and printing.

The chloride titrator automatically controls reagent dosage via program, completes titration, generates tables, plots differential curves, and records the volume of standard solution used at the endpoint potential. The endpoint potential is automatically saved after parallel determinations. During sample testing, the titration endpoint can be easily controlled within ±1 mV of the endpoint potential. The instrument automatically calculates results and supports data storage and printing.

The titrator offers both standalone operation and computer-connected operation modes to accommodate different user preferences.
