MS9740B Spectrum Analyzer

The Anritsu Spectrum Analyzer MS9740B features a wide dynamic range, high resolution, and fast scanning speed across a wavelength range of 600 nm to 1750 nm. It supports multimode fiber input, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing and evaluating 850 nm band VCSEL modules.

While maintaining the original functions and performance, the MS9740B reduces measurement processing time by half*1 and overcomes the issue of decreased measurement sensitivity due to increased processing speed.
Additionally, it retains the measurement menu screens for optical active devices (LD modules, DF-LD, FP-LD, LED, PMD, WDM, optical amplifiers, WDM filters) for device evaluation. It supports one-time measurement of key evaluation items such as optical center wavelength, level, optical signal-to-noise ratio, spectral width, etc., and displays the results on a single screen.
