The ladder-type polyurethane cable tray is manufactured from high-strength polyurethane composite material, offering advantages such as lightweight yet high strength, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and insulation. Its open trapezoidal structure provides excellent ventilation and heat dissipation, preventing cable aging due to high temperatures, making it suitable for high-temperature, humid, chemically corrosive, and power transmission environments. Compared to traditional metal cable trays, it is unaffected by acids, alkalis, salt spray, and UV radiation, does not rust, and is non-conductive, making it particularly suitable for harsh environments such as offshore platforms, chemical plants, tunnels, and underground utility tunnels. The tray surface can be optionally coated with anti-static and UV-resistant coatings to enhance weather resistance and safety, ensuring long-term stable operation.
