FK808 Fully Automatic Dual-Head Vertical Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The FK808 fully automatic dual-label vertical round bottle labeling machine is suitable for applying labels to the circumferential surface of round bottle objects. It can apply single or dual labels, with flexible adjustment of the spacing between front and back dual labels. It is used for labeling products such as gel water round bottles and food round cans, and is widely applied in industries including cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and disinfectants. Equipped with an optional circumferential positioning detection device, it enables labeling at specified positions on the circumferential surface. Optional ribbon coders and inkjet printers are available to print production dates and batch numbers on labels, achieving integrated labeling and coding.

Working Process:

Core Working Principle: Place products on the conveyor belt, which then enter the bottle separation mechanism. After the bottles are separated, sensors detect the passing products and send signals back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system activates the corresponding motor to dispense and apply the label to the target area of the product, followed by label smoothing to complete the labeling process for one label.
Operational Process: Place products on the conveyor belt (can be connected to a production line) → Product conveyance → Product spacing → Product detection → Product positioning → Label application and smoothing → Collection of labeled products.
