1.Overview of Peroxygen Bleach

Peroxygen Bleach CZPB-01 is primarily used as a bleaching and oxidizing agent. It can replace H₂O₂ as a deinking pulp bleaching agent, effectively removing waste paper ink and pigments. It serves as an efficient additive during waste paper pulping, deinking, and pre-bleaching processes. Since its aqueous solution is alkaline, NaOH is not required during bleaching.

Peroxygen Bleach is non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, non-biodegradable, and easy to handle.

3.Application Method of Peroxygen Bleach

Add to pulp after dissolution. Dosage is approximately 8% per ton of pulp, adjusted according to process requirements.

4.Packaging and Storage of Peroxygen Bleach

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. Packaged in 25kg paper bags (with inner plastic bag). Keep at temperatures below 40°C and relative humidity below 75%.

5.Storage Precautions for Peroxygen Bleach

(1) Protect from moisture and rain;

(2) Store separately from flammables, combustibles, reducing agents, sulfur, phosphorus, etc. Do not mix storage or transport;

(3) Avoid contact with other substances that may cause decomposition;

(4) Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Ensure adequate ventilation during operation.

6.Hazards of Peroxygen Bleach

(1) Harmful if swallowed; severe irritation or burns to eyes and respiratory tract; irritating to skin.

(2) No significant harm to the environment.

(3) Strong oxidizing agent with high corrosiveness. Decomposes gradually upon exposure to heat or moisture. Contact or mixture with organic materials, reducing agents, or flammables such as sulfur or phosphorus may pose hazards.
