1. Introduction to Scale Inhibitor CZYG-01

Scale inhibitor has good chelating, inhibition and lattice distortion effects. It can prevent the formation of scale from scale-forming salts in water, especially calcium carbonate scale. The scale inhibitor is chemically stable in water and not easily hydrolyzed; when the concentration in water is high, it has good corrosion inhibition effect.

Scale Inhibitor CZYG-01 is used in circulating cooling water and oilfield reinjection water systems in papermaking, chemical, thermal power plants, and refineries.

3. Usage of Scale Inhibitor

(1) Often compounded with other organic phosphonic acids, polycarboxylic acids or salts to form organic water treatment agents, suitable for circulating and cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. When used as a corrosion inhibitor, the dosage is 20-60mg/L.

(2) Used to prevent the formation of deposits including calcium oxalate. In pulp and paper mills, scale can affect the quality of finished products, accelerate corrosion, and reduce production. Optimize the operating system by removing scale from systems such as pulp lines, vacuum pumps, and pressure screens. Continuous addition of scale inhibitor can effectively prevent scale formation. The dosage is 0.1-0.5kg/ton of pulp.

4. Packaging and Storage of Scale Inhibitor

Scale inhibitor is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg or 200kg per barrel, or as required by the user.

Suitable for storage in a cool, ventilated indoor place, protect from moisture and avoid exposure to direct sunlight, storage period is 12 months.

5. Safety Protection of Scale Inhibitor

Scale inhibitor is acidic, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
