1. Overview of Paperboard Strengthening Agent CZBQ-01

Paperboard strengthening agent is an anionic soap-free emulsion that can be added to surface sizing solutions or directly into pulp to improve physical properties such as ring crush resistance, burst strength, tensile strength, folding endurance, and sizing degree of paperboard.

(1) Paperboard Strengthening Agent CZBQ-01 improves physical properties such as ring crush resistance, burst strength, tensile strength, folding endurance, and sizing degree of paperboard.

(2) Paperboard Strengthening Agent CZBQ-01 has been tested by health and epidemic prevention departments and is confirmed as non-toxic.

(3) Within reasonable usage ranges, it does not reduce the surface tension of liquids or cause foaming.

4. Usage Methods

Dosage: 0.5%～1.0% per ton of paper.

(1) For surface sizing: Add CZBQ-01 directly to gelatinized starch solution that has cooled to below 80°C, mix evenly before use.

(2) For pulp addition: Add 1.0% aluminum sulfate to the pulp and mix evenly, then continuously add CZBQ-01 using a metering pump in the paper machine's stock delivery system.

5. Packaging and Storage

Packaged in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

Shelf life exceeds 6 months (5-45°C), avoid direct sunlight.
