Secure the cold end of the heating element with a butterfly clip or stainless steel G-clamp, and connect it to the busbar. The aluminum foil strip section connected to the busbar should be tightly crimped with a specialized aluminum crimping head. To prevent mechanical stress from being transmitted to the heating element via the aluminum foil strip, the length of the connecting strip must be longer than the straight-line distance between the end of the heating element and the busbar, with an allowance of at least 25 mm.

Before fastening, carefully adjust the aluminum foil strip. When tightening the screws at the end of the heating element, apply force naturally without bending, to avoid external stress affecting the natural state of the heating element. The connection of heating elements is first fixed to the busbar, and then the heating elements are connected to each other one by one.
