Greenhouse External Shading Electric Drive

External shading drive components include: external shading frame, electric reducer, external shading curtain, curtain support lines, curtain press lines, drive shaft, curtain drive rack and pinion, push-pull rods, U-shaped wheels, aluminum alloy profiles for the drive edge, positioning retaining springs, counterweight plates, windproof hooks, etc.

The rack and pinion drive system uses the rack and pinion as the main driving traction. During operation, the electric reducer drives the pinion via the rotating shaft, and the pinion drives the engaged rack. The push rods connected to both ends of the rack, under the traction of the rack, drive the movable edge connected to the push-pull rods to open or close the shading curtain. The external shading net and curtain can be procured according to actual needs, with varying shading rates and multiple specifications available for selection.

The rack and pinion system operates smoothly and moves accurately; it covers a large control area with high precision and excellent system sealing; it has a long service life and is easy to maintain in the later stages;

it also allows manual stopping of the shading net's position.
