Greenhouse external shading renovation

Greenhouses are generally equipped with cooling facilities, such as fan wet curtains, external shading, internal shading, top ventilation, and vertical ventilation. However, not every greenhouse has a shading net installed; some may require additional installations due to changes in planting or breeding products during later stages. For some greenhouses, the external shading system may have reached its service life, and parts such as the shading net may be damaged or malfunctioning, necessitating renovation or repair. Renovating a greenhouse is more complicated and time-consuming than building a new one. It generally involves two main steps: 1. Removing the old shading net and its associated components, and inspecting the usable parts. 2. Installing a new shading net, starting the system, and conducting debugging. Typically, removing the shading net involves dismantling the old net, internal spring clips of the movable edge, shading net straps, old limit spring clips or limit blocks, and broken support/pressure curtain wires. The transmission mechanism and the reliability and fault points of the drive device are also inspected. Installation requires repairing the identified fault points, replacing broken support/pressure curtain wires, and installing the shading net and its corresponding components.
