This product is a two-component modified epoxy protective material with high bonding strength, strong adhesion, efficient and durable corrosion resistance, aging resistance, wear and erosion resistance, high resistance to chemical media, and electrical insulation. It forms an effective safety barrier between wet surfaces and molten aluminum, reducing the occurrence of hazards. At the same time, the explosion-proof coating has strong affinity with steel components and forms a dense protective layer on their surface, exhibiting high passivation properties that effectively inhibit, prevent, and delay the occurrence of steel corrosion. It can be applied directly in low-temperature and high-humidity environments.

Application Areas:

1. Explosion-proof coating is suitable for DC casting pits in aluminum and magnesium plants, steel surfaces in aluminum industrial production, cement casting pit walls, casting machine water tanks, and components.

2. Applied in coal mining operations to prevent sparks caused by friction and collision, reduce accidents caused by gas, and on power transmission equipment to prevent damage from shattered porcelain fragments and splashing silicone oil due to electrical reasons.
