UQK-40 Float Level Controller

The UQK-40 float level controller is used to control the liquid level in containers and sends signals at the preset upper and lower limits.

●Structure and Operating Principle 
The UQK-40 float level controller consists of two parts: the sensor valve body and the electrical control box. 

During operation, the stainless steel float in the sensor valve body moves with the liquid level, and the float rod moves up and down within the coil. This changes the coil's reactance, outputting a displacement signal. The transistor switching circuit in the electrical control box superimposes the incoming AC voltage signal with a given DC voltage, causing the bistable switch circuit to conduct according to the preset liquid level, activating the relay contacts to perform control functions. 

The lead wires from the coil in the sensor valve body are connected to terminals ③ and ④ of the electrical control box. 

The electrical control box remotely measures the liquid level through the sensor coil's reactance and, based on the preset upper liquid level limit, outputs control signals from terminals ⑥, ⑦, and ⑧ (when the liquid level reaches the upper limit, terminals ⑥ and ⑦ are connected; when the liquid level is below the lower limit, terminals ⑦ and ⑧ are connected).
