GZ/GJ Type Pipe Clamp Rubber Vibration Isolation Base

I. Overview

With social development and increased environmental awareness, the transmission of vibration and noise from power equipment pipelines to the external environment has garnered widespread attention. In particular, when power pipelines such as water pumps and air conditioning units are supported by steel frames or suspended on floors, rooftops, or walls, their vibration and solid-borne sound directly propagate to adjacent and surrounding floors and rooms, significantly impacting the surrounding environment.

The GZ series product features upper and lower split-type vibration isolation seats, with a natural frequency of 10+/-2Hz. Power pipelines of the same nominal diameter but different outer diameters can be secured in the middle, effectively isolating the transmission of vibration and noise. Installation on support frames or hangers is safe and reliable (the upper seat of the GZ series product is equipped with a reinforced steel ring plate), and it also eliminates the need for traditional installation materials such as clamps and wooden plugs.
