Stainless steel corrugated pipe

I. Overview

Stain steel flexible joints (metal hoses) are mainly composed of bellows, mesh sleeves, flanges, and other components. The nominal diameter range of metal hoses produced by our factory is DN15-DN600, with a working pressure of 0.6-2.5 MPa. Custom lengths of metal flexible connections can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Stainless steel flexible joints (metal hoses) possess elastic characteristics that provide excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, making them highly capable of absorbing various motion deformations and cyclic loads. They are particularly effective in compensating for offsets in pipeline systems. Since the primary components of the hose are made of austenitic stainless steel, the hose exhibits superior temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and many other properties.
Stainless steel flexible joints (metal hoses) offer excellent flexibility, fatigue resistance, high-pressure resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and many other characteristics, resulting in a significantly longer lifespan compared to other types of hoses. The products are widely used in industries such as aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, wood, textile, construction, medicine, food, tobacco, and transportation.

BGF Stainless Steel Bellows Compensator / Water Pump Expansion Joint

I. Overview

The BGF axial internal pressure type bellows compensator consists of a bellows and two flanges (it can also be made into a接管式 structure). It absorbs axial displacement in pipelines through the flexible deformation of the bellows (with some lateral and angular displacement as well). The small tie rods on the compensator are primarily used for rigid support during transportation or for pre-deformation adjustment of the product and are not load-bearing components.

II. Precautions

 1. If the user requires an inner sleeve, please specify when ordering. During installation, the direction must align with the flow direction.

 2. After on-site installation is complete, the small tie rods must be removed.

 3. To reduce the load on the pipe supports, the compensator can be pre-deformed (pre-stretched or pre-compressed) before installation. If required by the user, please specify in the contract.

III. Expansion joints can also be referred to as pipeline expansion joints, bellows expansion joints, compensators, or伸缩器. Expansion joints are categorized into several types, including bellows expansion joints, sleeve expansion joints, and square natural compensation expansion joints, among which bellows expansion joints are the most commonly used. They primarily ensure the safe operation of pipelines and serve the following functions: 1. Compensate for and absorb thermal expansion and contraction deformations in pipelines in axial, lateral, and angular directions. 2. Absorb equipment vibrations and reduce the impact of equipment vibrations on pipelines. 3. Absorb deformations in pipelines caused by earthquakes and ground subsidence.
