I. Overview

Stain steel flexible joints (metal hoses) are mainly composed of bellows, mesh sleeves, flanges, and other components. The nominal diameter range of metal hoses produced by our factory is DN15-DN600, with a working pressure of 0.6-2.5 MPa. Custom lengths of metal flexible connections can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Stainless steel flexible joints (metal hoses) possess elastic characteristics that provide excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, making them highly capable of absorbing various motion deformations and cyclic loads. They are particularly effective in compensating for offsets in pipeline systems. Since the primary components of the hose are made of austenitic stainless steel, the hose exhibits superior temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and many other properties.
     Stainless steel flexible joints (metal hoses) offer excellent flexibility, fatigue resistance, high-pressure resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and many other characteristics, resulting in a significantly longer lifespan compared to other types of hoses.
