HD2000 Microcomputer Constant Pressure Water Supply Controller

I. System Overview

The HD2000 series microcomputer frequency conversion water supply/make-up controller is specifically designed for frequency conversion constant pressure water supply systems and boiler/heat exchange system make-up. It can be used with various brands of frequency converters. It features high pressure control accuracy, stable pressure, second fire pressure (dynamic pressure) setting, automatic control of system overpressure drainage, password locking for parameter settings, and many other functions.

1. Programmable multiple pump operation modes, capable of driving up to 2 pumps (1 variable frequency + 1 fixed frequency);

2. Anti-shake compensation control function for pressure measurement values;

3. Password locking and protection for parameter adjustment and setting;

4. Utilizes artificial intelligence fuzzy control algorithm, with fewer setting parameters and high control accuracy. Built-in watchdog circuit, digital filtering, and multiple anti-interference measures to prevent software runaway;

5. Compatible with passive remote pressure gauges, active voltage, and current-type pressure transmitters;

6. D/A output control frequency voltage: DC 0-10V, can also be set to DC 0-5V;

7. Zero and full-scale compensation function for pressure sensors;
