EM730-045-3 Frequency Converter

The EM730 is Sine Electric's new generation of general-purpose frequency converters. It features ease of use, high reliability, powerful functionality, and strong electromagnetic compatibility, making it suitable for speed regulation in various industrial machinery with open-loop speed control, as well as energy-saving applications for fans and pumps. High reliability: operates reliably at full load in ambient temperatures up to 50°C without derating. Full metal baseplate allows grounding by simply mounting onto a metal distribution panel, reducing motor-induced voltage. Adapts to vibrating and dusty working environments: vibration resistance—plastic chassis comes standard with a full metal baseplate, while sheet metal chassis features an integrated design with internal components and connectors secured by potting. Dust resistance—independent air duct design, full-board conformal coating, sealing stickers, and sealed terminal boxes (custom non-standard models available for machine tool spindles). Digital input terminals are optically isolated to reduce control board damage from static electricity, enhancing product reliability. Comprehensive protection functions—includes all necessary protections for frequency converters.
