The DHC-8000 series was discontinued 13 years ago and subsequently upgraded to the DHC-9000 series, which has the same dimensions but more powerful functions and can fully replace it.

1.1 Features of the DHC-9000 Series Microcomputer Water Supply Controller

This product is a newly launched advanced microcomputer-based water supply and replenishment controller developed in response to the demands of a wide range of users. The controller uses high-quality surface-mount electronic components, is powered by a switching power supply, and integrates the latest single-chip microcomputer control technology. When combined with a frequency converter, it forms a water supply system for both domestic and fire-fighting use.

Features:

1.   Powerful functionality: Timed pump switching, six-segment timed startup and shutdown, and six-segment time-controlled pressure enable the entire system to meet the requirements of different users.

2.   Flexible configuration: The controller supports one active and one standby pump, one active and one replenishment pump, two-pump cyclic soft start, three-pump cyclic soft start, and four-pump cyclic soft start.

3.   User-friendly: Panel-mounted card-style installation for easy setup and use. Features a dustproof and waterproof industrial panel designed to CE standards.

4.   Simple debugging: Simplified keyboard menu settings and adjustments for operational status. Uses intelligent PID algorithm with self-tuning PID parameters for high reliability and precision.

5.   High reliability: Hardware WATCHDOG for fault reset, with the microcomputer performing automatic checks every second. Software incorporates fault tolerance concepts and anti-interference algorithms. Additionally, internal layer isolation enhances hardware interference resistance.

l          Full soft start for working pumps, following the principle of first start, first stop.
