CT-150-3 Soft Starter

The CT soft starter is a new type of starting equipment produced using power electronics technology, microprocessor technology, and modern control theory. By controlling the thyristor, it achieves starting characteristics such as stepped frequency conversion, stepless voltage regulation, low starting current, and high starting torque. It integrates starting, display, protection, and data collection into one. Users can achieve complex control functions through simple operations. The bilingual interface (Chinese and English) makes operation even more convenient.

1. Load Application Parameters

Built-in ten load types for user selection. For each load type, provided starting control curves ensure the soft starter matches the load, achieving excellent starting and stopping effects.

2. Multiple Starting Methods

Voltage ramp start, linear torque control start, square torque control start, and stepped frequency control start. Programmable kick-start torque and starting current limits can be applied in each mode. The basic algorithm ensures more accurate and smooth motor starting and stopping.

3. Advanced Communication Function

Equipped with an RS485 communication interface for easy network connection and control, improving system automation and reliability. Embedded Modbus standard protocol facilitates configuration connection.

4. Analog Signal Control User

Can input 4–20mA or 0–20mA standard signals, with upper and lower limits settable on the operation panel for motor start/stop control and alarms. Also enables data transmission (pressure, temperature, flow, etc.) via the soft starter. Features 4–20mA or 0–20mA standard analog signal output.

5. Strong Anti-Interference

All external control signals are optically isolated, with different noise immunity levels set, suitable for use in industrial environments.

6. Dual Parameter Function

The soft starter simultaneously includes two sets of control parameters for motors of different power ratings, enabling control of two motors with different powers.

7. Multiple Stopping Methods

Free stop, soft stop, pump stop, internal braking stop, external braking stop.

8. Power Frequency Self-Adaptation

Self-adaptive function for 50/60Hz power frequency, convenient for users.

9. Dynamic Fault Memory

Can record up to 15 faults, facilitating troubleshooting.

10. Comprehensive Protection Functions

Full-range detection of current and load parameters. Includes microcomputer protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, three-phase voltage imbalance, overcurrent, overload, underload, overheating, phase loss, short circuit, three-phase current imbalance, phase sequence detection, leakage, zero-sequence detection, system abnormality, and crystal oscillator abnormality.

11. User-Friendly Human-Machine Interface

LCD display and navigational operation mode make parameter setting and adjustment more convenient, and fault and real-time monitoring more intuitive. Features both Chinese and English display interfaces.
