Product Overview:

The CMC-LX motor soft starter is a new type of motor starting and protection device that integrates power electronics technology, microprocessors, and automatic control. It enables smooth, step-less starting and stopping of motors, avoiding mechanical and electrical impacts caused by traditional starting methods such as direct starting, star/delta starting, and autotransformer starting. It effectively reduces starting current and power distribution capacity, eliminating the need for capacity expansion investments. Additionally, the CMC-LX soft starter incorporates an internal current transformer, eliminating the need for external installation.

Technical Features:

1. SCR Trigger Closed-Loop Control Algorithm

The SCR closed-loop control function is specifically designed for standard and heavy-duty loads. Users can select current-limiting starting or voltage ramp starting based on load conditions to achieve smooth, torque-oscillation-free starting.

2. High Control Precision

Utilizes a Cortex-M3 32-bit core CPU for real-time central control, offering high speed, precision, and strong anti-interference capability.

3. Elegant Appearance

Features a patented three-in, six-out main circuit structure with a built-in current transformer solution, ensuring convenient wiring and high reliability.

4. Optional Standard MODBUS-RTU Protocol

Users can choose to include or exclude the standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol based on on-site requirements during ordering.

5. Integrated Advanced Protection Functions

Includes protection against input/output phase loss, overload, overcurrent, phase current imbalance, and thyristor overtemperature, safeguarding the motor and related equipment.

6. Fully Fire-Resistant Material

Units below 90KW feature a fully plastic enclosure made of flame-retardant ABS material. Units 90KW and above have a plastic cover and a main frame constructed from aluminum-zinc coated plate, offering heat and corrosion resistance.

7. External Panel Option

The panel can be externally extended to the equipment operation surface via the chassis interface for remote operation, enhancing on-site usability.

8. Simple Maintenance

Equipped with a monitoring signal coding system consisting of a 4-digit digital display, providing 24-hour monitoring of system equipment status and enabling quick fault diagnosis.
