HD3000N Microcomputer Constant Pressure Water Supply Controller

I. System Overview

The HD3000 series microcomputer variable frequency water supply/make-up water controller is specifically designed for variable frequency constant pressure water supply systems and boiler/heat exchange system make-up water applications. It can be used with various brands of frequency converters. It features high pressure control accuracy, stable pressure, second fire pressure (dynamic pressure) setting, automatic control of system overpressure water release, password locking for parameter settings, and many other functions.

II. Main Performance Indicators

1. Programmable to set multiple pump operation modes, supporting up to five pumps (1 variable frequency + 4 fixed frequency);

2. Equipped with anti-shake compensation control for pressure measurement values;

3. Parameter adjustment and setting with password lock and protection functions;

4. Utilizes artificial intelligence fuzzy control algorithm, with fewer setting parameters and high control accuracy. Includes watchdog circuit, digital filtering, and multiple anti-interference measures to prevent software runaway;

5. Compatible with passive remote pressure gauges, active voltage, and current-type pressure transmitters;

6. D/A output control frequency voltage is DC 0-10V, and can also be set to DC 0-5V;

7. Features zero and full-scale compensation for pressure sensors;

8. Includes timed automatic pump switching function;

9. Supports second pressure (fire pressure) setting and control function;

10. Equipped with automatic water shortage detection protection and external input shutdown protection functions;

11. During system make-up water control, includes automatic overpressure water release control function;

12. Features auxiliary small pump control for water supply, with options for variable frequency or fixed frequency mode;

13. Includes optional timed automatic start/stop control function;

14. Equipped with small flow pump sleep control function;

15. Includes manual operator function for manually adjusting output voltage to control the frequency converter's frequency;

16. Can replace electric contact pressure gauges for upper and lower limit pressure control;

17. Features time-sharing and pressure-dividing water supply control function, with up to six time periods for control;
