Product Overview

The PT-2088 series pressure transmitters utilize internationally advanced sensors, combined with high-precision electronic components, and are assembled through a strict manufacturing process. This series fully leverages the technical advantages of the sensors, resulting in excellent technical performance. It features strong overload and impact resistance, minimal temperature drift, high stability, and high measurement accuracy. The pressure sensor selected for the PT-2088 series general-purpose pressure transmitter is a fully welded stainless steel body with a built-in solid-state pressure-sensitive chip and a stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The rigid body is filled with silicone oil. The measured pressure acts on the diaphragm and is transmitted to the sensitive chip via the silicone oil. The sensitive chip is connected to the transmitter's dedicated amplification circuit through leads. It utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material to achieve the conversion of pressure to electrical signals. Since the electrical signal output from the Wheatstone bridge on the sensitive chip has a good linear relationship with the applied pressure, accurate pressure measurement can be achieved.

Main Features

The PT-2088 pressure transmitter is the standard model in the PT series, featuring a built-in ceramic capacitive sensor. It can be freely configured with analog or digital field display heads. It offers various process connections and allows for on-site zero and full-scale adjustments. It is widely used in the automation industry for measuring liquids, gases, and steam.
