Impeller Strength Analysis

Finite element analysis software is used to simulate the stress and deformation of the impeller under design conditions. The stress analysis results provide a scientific basis for verifying impeller strength, preventing accidents caused by localized stress concentration or insufficient strength during actual operation. The calculated axial and radial deformation values serve as a reference for determining the clearance between the impeller and the intake casing, preventing severe failures such as impeller damage due to scraping during operation.
