The aerodynamic design of Denair centrifugal compressors applies advanced aerodynamic principles, combined with self-developed high-efficiency modeling software and CFD simulation, ensuring optimal inter-stage compression ratio distribution and stable reliability. At the same time, leveraging the long-term product validation experience of Denair's technical development team, a rich impeller database, and design software, the superiority of the aerodynamic design is guaranteed.

Impeller Strength Analysis

Using finite element analysis software, the stress and deformation of the impeller under design conditions are simulated. The stress analysis results provide a scientific basis for verifying impeller strength, preventing accidents caused by local stress concentration or insufficient strength during actual operation. The calculated axial and radial deformation values serve as a reference for determining the clearance between the impeller and the inlet casing, preventing severe failures such as impeller damage due to scraping during operation.

Rotor Dynamics Design

Professionally designed rotors and bearings ensure operation under reasonable oil film temperature, pressure, and thickness, effectively reducing bearing power consumption. Extensive stiffness and damping data of bearings are extracted for rotor dynamics analysis, ensuring reasonable vibration values and that the rated operating speed is set away from critical speeds, enhancing overall machine stability.

High-Reliability Bearings

Through professional rotor dynamics design, tilting pad bearings with strong load capacity and low vibration are adopted. The bearing bush can automatically self-align according to changes in load and temperature, ensuring stable operation under various harsh conditions.
