High Reliability Bearings

Designed with rotor dynamics expertise, utilizing tilting pad bearings with high load capacity and low vibration. The bearing pads automatically self-align based on load and temperature changes, ensuring stable operation under various harsh conditions. 

High-Performance IGV

Electric actuators drive airfoil stainless steel blades to precisely control the inlet guide vane opening, adjusting the pre-swirl value of the intake air to improve centrifugal compressor efficiency. When compressed air demand decreases, the IGV can save up to approximately 9% energy consumption, enabling efficient and energy-saving operation of the centrifugal compressor.

Integral Cast Gearbox - Modular Integrated Assembly

The horizontally split gearbox and each stage volute are integrally cast, with the cooler housing also cast as a single unit, featuring a modular design. Compared to welded gearbox split structures, the main unit offers higher structural strength, fewer machined surfaces, and more reliable operation. Each stage volute and gearbox housing have no assembly errors, no deformation, low noise, and minimal vibration. Compared to integral casting, machining, assembly, transportation, on-site installation, and maintenance are more straightforward. In cases where the main unit requires factory overhaul, integral castings necessitate larger lifting equipment and disrupt the installation foundation, leading to reinstallation, while the modular design perfectly resolves this issue.

Intelligent Control System

The Denair DAC series centrifugal compressor control system supports three operating modes: full constant pressure mode, automatic dual mode, and self-balancing mode. It intelligently adjusts based on changes in customer operating conditions and air demand, ensuring the equipment always operates efficiently, energy-saving, and stably.

Utilizing the IEM cloud control platform, it enables real-time data collection from all equipment in the user's air compression system. Advanced technologies like AI and cloud computing are used to track, analyze, and optimize data, achieving intelligent and visual management of the customer's station room system.

Control Cabinet

A highly integrated unit control system, employing Siemens PLC and touch screen display. The control interface is simple and clear, with easy touch operation. The operating interface supports multiple language switching. The display screen monitors all parameters within the unit in real time, presenting key operating parameters at each stage via operational curves and numerical data. It features automatic alarm and interlock shutdown protection, along with anti-surge and surge prediction functions, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation.
