Starting Advantages

Variable frequency soft start, linear and stable operation, no peak current from traditional direct start or Y-△ start, effectively extending the service life of the motor and electromagnetic contactor, while avoiding the risk of power overload penalties from the electricity department.

Voltage Stabilization
Variable frequency screw air compressors utilize the stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter. Through the PID regulator inside the controller or frequency converter, they can start smoothly; for applications with significant fluctuations in air consumption, they respond quickly. Compared to the upper and lower limit switch control of fixed-frequency operation, air pressure stability is exponentially improved.

Variable Flow Control 

The frequency converter adjusts the motor speed in real time based on actual air consumption to control the exhaust volume; when air consumption is low, the air compressor can automatically enter sleep mode, significantly reducing energy loss. Optimized control strategies can further enhance energy-saving effects.

Low Noise
During stable operation, the operating frequency is lower than the fixed frequency, reducing mechanical noise and wear; if the fan is also driven by variable frequency, it can significantly lower the noise of the air compressor during operation.
