Circular MCH heating element

This series of products is manufactured by printing resistive paste on Al₂O₃ ceramic green sheets. After lamination and stacking, the metal and ceramic are co-fired at high temperatures around 1650°C, followed by welding leads to form a medium to low-temperature heating element. This heating element represents a new generation product, succeeding alloy heating wires and PTC heating elements.

Specifications: Ø10-100mm (Customizable according to user requirements)

1. Rapid heating, reaching the rated 100°C~230°C within 10 seconds; 500°C~700°C within 30 seconds.

2. High thermal efficiency, energy-saving, pollution-free, and compliant with environmental requirements.

3. Uniform heating, no open flame, safe to use.

4. The heating element is in a locally vacuum state, resistant to acids, alkalis, and harmful gases.

5. Long service life with minimal power decay.

Product Composition:

1. Substrate: White Al₂O₃ ceramic with a content of no less than 95%.

2. Leads: 0.5mm nickel wire or nickel-copper wire.

3. Sleeve: Teflon.

4. Heating material: Tungsten.
