Applications

In the field of coatings; improves leveling in solvent-based and water-based coatings, enhances pigment dispersion and wetting, resolves issues such as fisheyes, edge pullback after coating and drying, orange peel, pigment stratification, and floating. When mixed with silicone surfactants, it enhances the slip of UV coatings. In soldering flux; adding this product to water-based flux improves the pass rate of solder joints and saves solder. It is a highly versatile fluorosilicone surfactant widely used in products such as solder resist, coatings, inks, floor wax, electronic cleaning, and electroplating treatment agents.

Usage Method

For water-based coatings, directly add and dilute the surfactant with purified water to a 10% concentration, with a usage amount of 1-2%; for solvent-based coatings, dilute the surfactant with ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to a 10% concentration before adding to the coating, with a usage amount of about 2%.
