2. The valve body and neck can be integrated with aluminum alloy, providing superior anti-condensation properties. Extremely lightweight, the aluminum die-cast butterfly valve, made from special materials and advanced die-casting processes, effectively prevents condensation, dust accumulation, and electrical corrosion.
3. The flange sealing surface of the valve seat adopts a wide-edge and large-radius design, compatible with any standard flange connection requirements, making installation and sealing simpler and more convenient.
4. Anti-condensation butterfly valve principle: Due to the use of high-performance top disc materials, it effectively prevents temperature differences in the valve body, isolates the transfer of medium inside the pipeline, ensuring no condensation on the actuator and connecting flange surfaces. High-performance materials offer many outstanding advantages, such as low water absorption, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and cold isolation, which are four times better than those of ordinary material butterfly valves.
5. Can be equipped with various driving devices (handle, gear, pneumatic, electric actuator). Through anti-condensation technology, it protects the driving device and extends its service life.
6. Compatible with DH-D and other series of electric actuators, operable with AC220V or AC380V power supply. No need for an additional servo amplifier; input (4-20mADC or 1-5ADC) signals enable regulation of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level.
