The electric flow control valve is a new type of control valve. It can regulate or control flow without any operational restrictions, using a unique design that eliminates hydraulic energy without the cavitation and vibration issues common in general control valves.

The electric flow control valve eliminates energy through a multi-jet orifice structure, where water is ejected from each orifice and collides with others. This design ensures that all ejected water jets impact each other on the central axis of the valve, completely dissipating kinetic energy through mutual collision.

To ensure that all ejected water jets converge and impact each other, it is necessary to maintain consistent pressure or velocity head at each point before every orifice. In the straight-flow type electric flow control valve, the valve body and inner guide cylinder form an annular channel, allowing the medium to move in a streamlined manner within the valve cavity to maintain uniform pressure at all points.
