Jiangsu Haian Petrochemical Factory is located within the Haian Industrial Park. Established in 1972, it was transformed into a joint-stock enterprise in 1997. With an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of industrial auxiliaries, the company has passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification and holds the right to engage in import and export operations independently. The factory primarily produces various surfactants and industrial auxiliaries. Its products include leveling agents, emulsifiers, dispersants, penetrants, cleaning agents, softeners, additives, antistatic agents, scouring agents, thickeners, defoamers, pearlizing agents, release agents, fixing agents, pesticide emulsifiers, chemical fiber oils, polyethers, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, polyethylene glycol mono (di) esters, Span, Tween, polyol esters, and more than 20 series comprising over 300 varieties. These products are widely used in textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical fibers, dyes, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, rubber, plastics, food, papermaking, leather, daily chemicals, coatings, metal processing, environmental protection, concrete, and other fields.

The factory emphasizes technological investment and has established a product research institution dedicated to the technical research, development, and application of products to serve customers and explore markets.
