The perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe that uses a perforated tube welded from cold-rolled steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and is combined with thermoplastic plastic. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton, the heat resistance and strength of the pipe are significantly improved. In terms of process, this product introduces an adhesive layer between the steel strip and polyethylene, and uses argon protection during steel strip welding to prevent oxidation of the molten steel plate during high-temperature welding. This solves the problem of water channeling in composite pipes and makes the performance of the composite pipe even better.
1. Has higher rigidity, impact resistance than plastic pipes, and has a low expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipes.
2. Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and is corrosion-resistant. The operating temperature is increased.
3. Low thermal conductivity.
