1) For cold water use perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe

The perforated steel strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe that uses a perforated tube welded from cold-rolled steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and is combined with thermoplastic plastic. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton, the heat resistance and strength of the pipe are significantly improved. In terms of process, this product introduces an adhesive layer between the steel strip and polyethylene, and uses argon protection during steel strip welding to prevent oxidation of the molten steel plate during high-temperature welding. This solves the problem of water channeling in composite pipes and makes the performance of the composite pipe even better.

1. Has higher rigidity, impact resistance than plastic pipes, and has a low expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipes.

2. Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same anti-corrosion performance as plastic pipes, and is corrosion-resistant. The operating temperature is increased.

3. Low thermal conductivity.

4. Smooth inner wall, no scaling, head loss is 30% lower than that of steel pipes.

5. Pipe connections use electrofusion connection, which is a mature technology, and there are many specifications and varieties of pipe fittings.

6. Lightweight, easy to transport and construct.

7. By adjusting the thickness of the steel plate and plastic, pipes of different pressure grades can be manufactured, and it is very convenient to change the parameters of the reinforcement to produce pipes of various pressure resistance grades.

8. Using plastics with high temperature resistance grades, such asheat-resistant PE-RT polyethylene, random copolymer polypropylene(PP-R), etc., can manufacture temperature and pressure resistant pipes.

9. The overall reliability of the pipe is high, and under normal conditions, the service life can reach 50 years.

2、Heat fluid use perforated steel strip heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) composite pipe(Dongtai Pipe Industry）

This product is a composite pipe that uses a perforated tube welded from cold-rolled perforated steel strip as the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) as the main material. Due to the introduction of the reinforcing skeleton and heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT), the pressure resistance and heat resistance of the pipe are significantly improved. This allows composite pipes originally only used for low-temperature (≤40°C) water supply to be used for hot water transportation, secondary heating pipelines, and pipelines for transporting high-temperature media in industrial fields such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
