The IEFB series is a field-adjustable insertion thermal energy meter that uses electromagnetic technology to accurately and reliably measure fluid velocity and energy consumption. The high-precision IEFB can be adjusted to fit pipe sizes from 4 to 10 inches (100 to 250 mm), while the standard-precision IEFB is suitable for pipe sizes from 4 to 36 inches (100 to 900 mm). The IEFB integrates a thermometer and a calculator into a single unit. The LCD display provides clear readings of meter values, including temperature and energy consumption, making it ideal for installation in chillers, boilers, and other heating and cooling applications. With high measurement accuracy and long service life, it minimizes annual operating costs. Additionally, it offers multiple output options, including selectable BACnet MS/TP or Modbus® RTU communication protocols via 2-wire RS-485, as well as standard analog, frequency, and alarm outputs. · Flexible field-configurable settings display (LCD integrated option or remote accessory A-IEF).

The IEF series insertion electromagnetic flow transmitter is an adjustable insertion flow meter that, in addition to providing continuous signal output, employs electromagnetic technology for precise and reliable measurement of fluid velocity. This series is designed to deliver superior performance with simple installation and use. A single unit can be adjusted to fit pipe sizes from 4 to 36 inches (101.6 to 914.4 mm) and offers multiple output options, including selectable BACnet MS/TP or Modbus® RTU communication protocols, in addition to standard analog, frequency, and alarm outputs, communicating via 2-wire RS-485.

Medium: Compatible clean or dirty non-coating, conductive liquids.
Range: 0-20 ft/s (0-6 m/s).
Wetted Materials: Body shaft/fittings: 316SS; Electrodes: 316SS; Electrode cover: Polymer/Polystyrene; O-ring: Silicone.
Accuracy: IEF-HX-K: ±0.5% of reading at calibrated velocity; ±1% of reading from 2 to 20 ft/s (0.6 to 6 m/s); ±0.02 ft/s (±0.006 m/s) at < 2 ft/s (0.6 m/s). IEF-SX-X: ±1% FS.
