Nano rust converter is a new type of metal rust removal product developed using advanced metal chelation technology, metal passivation technology, and metal anti-rust technology. It features four major functions: rust removal, passivation, rust prevention, and primer. Principle of Rust Converter:

Rust removal has always been a common need in industries such as metal processing, machinery, shipbuilding, and automotive. The process is cumbersome, labor-intensive, and highly polluting. For a long time, methods such as pickling, shot blasting, and manual grinding have been used for rust removal, which are not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also highly polluting. Moreover, if the metal surface is not protected promptly after rust removal, it is prone to rust again. Rust converter simplifies the operation process, achieving four functions in one step: rust removal, passivation, rust prevention, and primer. The four-in-one formula completely revolutionizes the rust removal and prevention process, significantly saving production costs and reducing pollution.

Usage Method:

Apply using low-pressure spraying, brushing, rolling, or dipping. Before operation, remove oil stains and grease from the metal surface. Depending on the severity of rust, most cases can be resolved with a single treatment, while severely rusted surfaces may require two or three treatments. The reaction time varies based on the degree of rust, generally around fifteen minutes, and can also be rinsed with water. Allow to dry until there is no sticky feeling when touched by hand before proceeding with painting or concrete treatment.

Applicable Industries:

Suitable for large components, steel frames, bridges, pipelines, doors, windows, vehicles, ships, and other surfaces where traditional phosphating is inconvenient. It can be used for rust removal and phosphating priming before coating. This product can be applied by brushing or wiping over rust, significantly reducing the labor of rust removal before coating, saving labor and materials, and lowering construction costs. After application on rusted steel surfaces, a conversion film forms. The film must not come into contact with water before it dries. Once dried, it enhances the adhesion and rust prevention capability of the topcoat to the base metal, improves the decorative quality of the topcoat, operates at room temperature to save energy, and eliminates the need for washing after treatment, saving water and avoiding issues such as wastewater discharge, contributing to environmental protection.

Performance Parameters:

1. Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, with no strong刺激性 odor.

2. Corrosion resistance: The film shows no blistering, peeling, or rusting.

3. Easy application: No special equipment required; can be wiped, brushed, or sprayed.

4. Large coverage area, low cost: Each kilogram can cover 7-10 m² when wiped or brushed.

5. Stable performance: Can be stored for a long time when sealed, without deterioration.

Usage Methods and Precautions for Rust Converter:

1. Before wiping or brushing, remove mud, sand, dust, obvious oil stains, and loose rust from the workpiece surface. Ensure the surface to be treated is dry.

2. Avoid working in steamy or excessively humid environments. Do not work outdoors during rain.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in 30kg/drum or 200kg/drum. Store away from light, avoid high temperatures and direct sunlight. Shelf life is 18 months, validity period is 24 months.
